{ our story }
The Notes Nest was started in 2010 by a mom with a design background who was dying for a better selection of announcements, invitations and stationery! Too many times she saw something she 'sort of' liked, but wanted a different color or font style to fit her own tastes. The last straw was when she started receiving the very same thank you notes she was sending out, and then the same exact holiday cards from different families... it was clear her friends and family needed more to choose from, too! She started creating designs for her own family... then friends... then friends of family and friends...

So here we are, bringing you original designs you can customize and make your very own. In addition to the existing designs on our site, we just LOVE custom work! If you have a design idea or party theme you are looking to do, please contact us directly for a free design consultation. We would love to make your ideas happen!


{ our process }
The Notes Nest is here to make the design process easy and fun! You will work with a real designer, not a computer, to create your perfect announcement, invitation, stationery or card. Select a design and we will customize the font and colors to your taste! Most all of our designs can be customized to add or remove photo slots, change greetings and more. After placing your order, you will receive a proof via email within one business day. All designs include up to three proofs at no extra charge! Once your design is perfected it will be printed at a local family-owned print shop, packaged with care and shipped right to your door. If you are sending a gift (we love gifts!), we will wrap it up at no extra charge and include a personal note of your choice before shipping it to your lucky recipient. In the end, you will get that perfect announcement, invitation or stationery you have been looking for!
